Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Attune ("Attune", "we", "us") when you use Attune and buy a Couple Report. By taking the quiz or buying a report, you accept them.
1. What Attune is — and what it is not
Attune asks you a set of questions about how you relate to other people and reflects your own answers back to you as a written report, using language drawn loosely from attachment and conflict-style research.
Attune is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental-health care, or professional advice of any kind. It does not diagnose anything. It is not a validated psychometric instrument, its results have not been clinically tested, and no part of it predicts whether a relationship will last, succeed, or fail. Results are held for 7 days and then destroyed, including any Couple Report you have paid for — the window runs from whichever happened last: creating the result, your partner finishing, starting a purchase, or the purchase completing. What you buy is the report, readable and downloadable within that window; a PDF is generated in your browser, so a copy you download is yours to keep afterwards. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full. The “Reads without saying” percentage is a descriptive summary of the answers two people gave — the share of their answers that happened to agree — not a measurement of compatibility and not a score. The zodiac section is an astrology-inspired entertainment layer; its “cosmic chemistry” figure is not a measurement of anything. Do not use either to make decisions you would otherwise take to a professional.

2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. Attune is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, write to 028narim@gmail.com and we will delete the result.
3. No account — your link is your access
Attune has no login. Your result lives in your browser and behind an unguessable link. Two consequences follow, and both are yours to manage:
- If you clear your browser storage, switch devices, or lose the link, we may have no way to identify your result and restore it to you — including a report you have paid for.
- Anyone you give the link to can see what it opens. Treat an invite link like a private message, not a public post.
4. Inviting someone else
When you send an invite link you are asking another person to answer personal questions and to share those answers with you. You may only send it to someone you know and who is willing to receive it. You must not use invite links to pressure, monitor, surveil, or profile anyone, and you must not send them to someone under 18.
The person you invite can withdraw their answers at any time from their own copy of the report, or by writing to us. If they do, the joint report they were part of stops being available — including if you have paid for it. That is their right, and buying the report does not override it.
5. The Couple Report
The free part of Attune is the personal report and the first half of the couple report. The Couple Report unlock is a one-time purchase of $9.99 for one result. It is not a subscription; nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel.
Payment is taken by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and seller for the transaction; their terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details. Access is granted as soon as Polar confirms the payment, normally within a few seconds.
One report needs only one payment. Both people in a couple see the same paywall, so if the report is already unlocked when you click, we send you back to the report instead of taking a second payment. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Cosmic readings
A reading is a separate thing from the reports above, and it is bought separately. You give a birth date, a birthplace, optionally a birth time, and an email address; we calculate where the planets actually were at that moment and write a reading for a period you choose. Today's Reading is free. The Month Ahead and The Year Ahead are one-time purchases at the prices shown when you order — not subscriptions, and nothing recurs.
A reading is astrology: a way of looking at a stretch of time, offered for reflection and entertainment. The positions in it are real and calculated for your birth moment; what they are taken to mean is tradition rather than evidence. It is not a prediction of events, and not advice about your health, your money, your work or anyone else. Decisions are yours.
A paid reading is written after the payment, not before it. That usually takes seconds. If it cannot be written at all, you have not received what you paid for and the money comes back — see the Refund Policy. Once it has been written it cannot be refunded, which the summary screen asks you to confirm before you pay.
Today's Reading is not kept at all. It is written while you wait, shown on the page you asked from, and never stored — so it has no link, is not emailed, and cannot be reopened or recovered. Reloading the page ends it. Download the PDF before you leave if you want to keep it.
Every reading that is kept is deleted after 7 days. The clock starts when the reading is finished, and it is the same 7 days whether you open it on the first day or the sixth. At that point the reading, the birth details it was drawn from and the email address it was sent to are removed from our database, and the link stops working. Download the PDF if you want to keep it; a file on your own device is outside anything we can delete.
Where there is a link, the link is the access. There is no account and no password. Anyone holding the link can read that reading until it expires, including anyone you send it to, so treat it the way you would treat the reading itself.
7. Fair use
You agree not to:
- submit answers on someone else's behalf, or pretend to be someone you are not;
- resell, republish, or redistribute report content commercially, or present it as your own product;
- scrape the service, automate requests, probe result identifiers, or otherwise try to reach data that is not yours;
- use Attune to harass, coerce, or make decisions about another person's employment, housing, credit, insurance, or safety.
8. Content and ownership
The questions, scoring, report text, and design are ours. Your answers are yours. When you buy a Couple Report you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, save, and share your own report — that is all you need, and all it grants.
9. Availability
Attune is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or preserved indefinitely, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely within 30 days of your purchase, write to us and we will refund it.
10. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Attune is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision you or anyone else makes on the basis of a report. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially we will publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date. The version in force when you took the quiz or made a purchase is the one that governs it — we record which version that was.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country and may bring proceedings there. Before starting any formal dispute, please write to us — almost everything is faster to fix by email.
