Refund & Cancellation Policy
One product, one price, one payment: the Couple Report unlock at $9.99. This page says when we give the money back and how to ask. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. What you are buying
A one-time unlock of the full Couple Report for one result: the trigger points, texting rhythm, attachment lean, values alignment, and fit-score breakdown for that specific pair of answer sets. It is digital content, delivered immediately, in the browser you bought it in. It is not a subscription — nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.
You can read the free half of the report before deciding. If anything about what is behind the paywall is unclear, ask us before you pay: support@attune.app.
2. Your right to change your mind
Consumers in the EU, the UK, Korea and several other markets normally have around 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once delivery begins with your agreement — which is why the checkbox at the paywall asks you to confirm that you want immediate access and understand that unlocking the report ends that withdrawal period. We record that you ticked it, and which version of these policies you ticked it under.
If you did not get that far, the right stands. If the report never unlocked, we do not treat delivery as having begun, and you can withdraw within 14 days for any reason at all — you do not have to give one.
3. When we refund, no argument
- The report did not unlock within a few minutes of payment, and we could not fix it.
- You were charged more than once for the same report — we refund the duplicates immediately.
- You were charged an amount other than the price shown to you.
- Your partner deleted their answers before you had a reasonable chance to read the report, so the report you paid for no longer exists.
- We discontinued the service within 30 days of your purchase.
- The purchase was not made by you — for example a card used without your permission, or by a child in your household.
Ask within 14 days of the charge for the reasons above. Outside that window, write to us anyway; we would rather hear about it late than not at all.
4. When we usually do not
We do not generally refund a report that unlocked and was read, on the grounds that you disagreed with what it said. The report is a reflection of the answers two people gave, and it is described honestly before you pay: it is not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a prediction about your relationship. Disliking the result is not a defect.
That is a default, not a wall. Mandatory consumer law in your country comes first, always, and a request made in good faith is read by a person, not a policy.
5. How to ask
Email support@attune.app from any address, with the Polar receipt or order number if you still have it and roughly when you paid. That is enough; no form and no reason required for the cases in section 3.
We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to the original payment method — typically 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank. When a report is refunded it re-locks automatically, which is the other half of the bargain.
6. Before you call your bank
A chargeback costs us both time and can lock your report while it is investigated. Almost every dispute we have seen would have been a two-line email. Please try us first — if we owe you the money, you will get it faster this way.
